Cross faction spies

 

We know that the 9th prime chivalric order and the three kings have inserted an unknown number of spies into all four factions,

however wouldn't it also be possible that the four factions have sent their own spy into the other factions to keep tabs on them.

There is one scene in particular I believe reveals the ACR spy.

Before the clash between the ACR and the ABN, Rethabile thinks about how she should handle the situation, to which Ishak makes a weird comment:

"Perhaps you should leave it in the hands of God"

The reason this comment is weird is because of the structure of the ACR: which is a polytheistic society made up of all of Africa's religions and ancient cultures existing simoultanously so there are probably hundreds of religions and gods recognized across the ACR.

Using the word God doesn't make sense in the ACR, Rethabile is even confused by this saying:

Then Noor agrees with him also citing God

Saying that makes no sense in the ACR's cultural context but it sounds just like something someone from the ABN might say, whose religion worships the one abrahamic God, in the same scene we have Leah from the ABN using the word God in the same way as ishak and noor.

Therefore Ishak and Noor are the ABN's spies inside the ACR

Another clue is that both Ishak and Noor come from countries bordering the ABN, in particular Ishak comes from Algeria, which the ABN and ACR fight over, because of a refugee camp of people wanting to escape from the ACR into the ABN, which might be a clue that Ishak left the ACR for the ABN.

But would the ABN put two spies into the same faction or is one of them a red herring? It seems too easy and would Ishak make a stupid slip up like this?

Another possibility is that Ishak was trying to expose the ABN spy after suspecting someone.

In the full scene we can see that Noor is constantly trying to avoid thinking for herself and shifting responsibility onto Rethabile.

Abdou and Marianna chastise her for pushing the responsibility of thinking onto Rethabile but Ishak stays silent.

This made her suspiscious and his comment was made to check if Noor was a spy or not by seeing if she agreed with him 

and she did.

Therefore Noor is the Abn's spy.
