The Great sword could represent Thalathat Suyuf, which means three swords. In their emblem the great sword is Naomi.

and also the black horseman is the horseman that brings famine, The Erbil L5 virus which destroy crops and causes world famine originates from the ABN and it spares ABN crops.

The Souls of the dead are the people who have been killed to produce spiritium, and people who died in WW3.

Once the blood moon strikes on the clock a great earthquake caused by the 8ms crashing is felt all across the world.

From the phase 2 preview we know that a hacker has infected the 8ms purifying the waters around LATO with a virus that makes it turn red when it gives off warning signals, giving it the appearence of blood.
Also MIYAO prophesizes that pbjects will fall from the sky and cause the water purifying 8ms to crash and give off warning signals which will lead to the reddening of the ocean.

The same as the last one, in addition to making the waters look like blood the object will also pollute the oceans.

When the 8ms getting rid of air pollution crashes the pollution and spiritium steam dim the sky.

The bottomless pit is the door to the thousand years in Vier's lab, i don't think this part of the prophecy was shown in phase 1, at first I thought the locusts were the drones, but they are told not to kill anyone.

In Vier's lab we saw a scientist develop the immortality 8ms, which kept the man alive even though he tried to commit suicide, so perhpas the 8ms leaks out of the lab and infects all of humanity making them immortal.
Also in Chloe's "Hyperrealistic simulation which is just like real life but totally isn't" we see the entire humanity rotting on the ground like zombies unable to die.
sixth trumpet:
[14] Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

This is a reference to the drone massacre which kills approximetely one third of humanity.

Two witnesses:

The two witnesses are Valentina and Maricarmen, the observers of healthy military balance, who are witnesses to Miyao's chivalric order. They suspisciously appear during every single major event in the story to 'witness it'

This seems to be implying that valentina and maricarmen are the ones who are causing all the plagues to hit the world

Ryukishi has strangely told us in a interview that Valentina and Maricarmen will share a fight scene in phase 2
"In a livestream on April 29, 2023, Ryukishi hinted that Valentina and Maricarmen would get more spotlight and have a fight scene together."
According to prophecy, I believe this fight scene will be the moment of their death, as they will be killed by the beast. The beast I think is Seshat due to her animal like ears.

-Seshat enters the conference room at the airport
-She does 'something' to everyone in the room including Valentina and Maricarmen
-Val and Mari wake up in a hospital room with no memories
-A big earthquake occurs
So valentina and maricarmen were killed then ressurected?

The dragon chasing the woman I believe is Jestress, as we see her chasing an unknown gauntlet knight in the epilogue.
Which means jestress' target is not the gauntlet knight but the child inside of her stomach

The three Beasts of this chapter are commonly inerpreted as Satan, Antichrist and the False prophet

The beast suffered a lethal wound to the head but was healed, in phase 2, Lingji will have miraculously survived half her head being destroyed.
Lingji's surname 'Liu' is the numeral 6, in chinese slang 666 (liu liu liu) means 'awesome' or 'cool', basically the same as gg. Number of the Beast
Additionally this part of the prophecy also fits into Umineko, and it made me realize how similiar Lingji is to a certain character:

Seshat teases this harvest happening in phase 1 and it's the reason why she wants to cause WW4: to avoid it, because it is so horrible,
Conversly the three kings seem to be on board with the harvest festival:
"...We have already finished preparing for the harvest festival. Tonight's decision is to determine whether the time has come yet or not." - Jestress
Taking out Blood out of the winepress could mean extracting red truth, as red truth has been likened to blood many times. The readers trying to harvest red truth from the story.

The dragon (jestress) will be caught and thrown in the bottomless pit for a thousand years, The bottomless pit is the time capsule in Vier's Lab which transports you a thousand years into the future. After a thousand years she will return.

This is at the point of chloe's vision, for a thousand years every human who is not in the book of life will be infected with the immortality 8ms and left to rot for a thousand years, to await their judgement.
