Chloevil

Chloevil is an Alter ego of Chloe who only comes out due to certain triggers, she is the complete opposite of Chloe, being confident, sadistic and enjoying the suffering of others. Chloe is afraid of hurting others in order to succeed which causes her to screw up but when she is flying alone her p3 levels are much higher, because she allows Chloevil to come out.

First, Chloevil is not a cpp but a split personality, a primary characteristic of cpp's is that both the personalities are conscious at the same time while in the case of split personality a person is not aware of anything that happened when their other personality was in control. Chloe never remembers anything she did while being Chloevil and she's always dazed and confused afterwards.

A split personality is created as a result of trauma, which causes the brain to create a new personality.

Chloe's triggers

One of Chloe's triggers is quite obvious, it's whenever she gets bullied by someone, most of her episodes are caused by bullying from Koshka and Lilja

Data fragment #8, Miyao's scolding withdrawal symptoms, Chloevil gets triggered when Lilja and Koshka are angry at Chloe for apologizing to Miyao without them.

In the data fragment, training with grave mole 1, Chloevil once again comes out this time due to Lilja and Chloe not listening to Okonogi, while she was showering, which causes her to get shocked too.

The third time we see Chloevil is in the finale of the main story where she electrocutes Lilja during combat leading to her death, but this time we don't know what triggered her since the scene is so disjointed. The scenes from the data fragments play between the scenes and we see a snippet from Okonogi crappy collage grandprix, where chloevil seems to be active.

The sprite of Chloe looking insane is only used when she is being Chloevil, so she was also triggered in that data fragment, furthermore it can't be a coincidence that the image of chloevil is shown to us while she's also in combat.

What caused Chloevil to be triggered in this data fragment since she receives no bullying in it from anyone?

The scene starts of normal and by the end she does something completely crazy which is sending okonogi this picture:

which is completely unhinged and out of character for her, to be so forward while she's usually extremely timid.

We can see the exact moment Chloe starts acting strange and it's after seeing this photoshopped image of okonogi in a bikini.

This is because Chloe's second trigger is nudity, remember that the first time we saw that Chloevil got triggered she was naked in the shower, and it happened even though she was not being bullied by Lilja and Koshka.

therefore Chloe's triggers are bullying and nudity.

Split personalities are caused by trauma and the triggers for the them are usually the things that remind of the original trauma that caused them.

We are told in the data fragments that Chloe's low self esteem was caused by the horrible treatment she endured at the Cold Lake training center, even though she had exceptional talent, the tests did not measure her correctly therefore she was treated as the worst in her class. Which caused her to be bullied by her teachers and her peers, causing damage to her self confidence. The bullying was so intense it caused her brain to create Chloevil to cope.

In all scenes Chloevil is expelled thanks to the Okonogi chop.
